Interested in Hammett (and varients) and Pearse (and varients) family history in the Tolpuddle area, and Gale in Dorset. We come back every year for our hols in Dorset, and each time find somewhere new hidden away.

I was born in the little cottage next to the New Inn Littlemoor, as was my mother . My grandparents were living there at the time of the 1891 Census. I lived in Weymouth, before and after the war and still regard it as my "home-town"...although I now live in Wokingham, Berkshire...... So I was delighted to see all your excellnt photographs [especially of the Broadwey/ Upwey area. Thanks. Rodger

Hi Mark, I was looking for other Cleaver sites and came across your interesting photograph site of the Dorset area! I went to Weymouth in 1994 and remember the Blue Pool, Chesil Beach and Portland Castle very well. I also a couple of years ago visited the lovely West Bay, which was then home to the series Harbour Lights. Lyme Regis is another beautiful town of this lovely county of yours. If you wish to look at my website Dover Soul - The Soul of Dover its located at http://doversoul.tripod.com and I would like to ask if I could link to you and would you be able to link back in return. I doubt whether we're related but please have a look at my family tree website http://www.tribalpages.com/tribes/terrycleaver to see whether we are! Best Wishes - ps great site Terry Cleaver, Dover, UK

Like the site, some great images. I may be biased as I live here but I think these images have done the Borough justice. Good luck!

Hi I was looking for information on the Tullbron bridge and the name of the river that it crosses. My wife has cousins that live in old town. We have been there three or four times and have taken many pictures but I always forgot to write down the name of the bridge and river.Falkenberg is a beautiful city and we love to walk around the town and along the river. Thanks for the site I enjoyed it very much. Jake Gruel

You know, I bloody hate these things. Monty Python should have done a guide to guestbooks, then I wouldn't have such a hard time with them. Trying to say something unique is always difficult on these things. Seems everyone fires out the same things. Thus, I'm going to try and be different, and fire on a random assortment of quotes. "Guns don't kill people. I do." "Nine out of ten voices in my head tell me not to kill you. But there is that one." "I'm from Canada and they think I'm slow, eh?" "Office Glenn? Yeah. He's dead." "Drop me a line sometime, at the email above, okay?" Oops. That wasn't a quote. Drop me a line sometime, at the email above, okay? Catch you on the flipside; Benjamin
