Ranger's Tribute
Esplanade
Just north of the TIC is this
memorial. The memorial is for the American Rangers who trained in the
area before disembarking to the shores of France on D-Day through
the ports of Weymouth and Portland. Other memorials on the
Esplanade include the Cenotaph, Anzac Memorial and the Clark & Endicott
memorial.
